CrossFit Kids is back on this week with a Mini Murph Friday at 10 am!

Murph kicks off Saturday with the first heat heading out the door at 7 am. If you want to be in the 7 am wave be here in time to warm up prior to 7. We will be cooking breakfast that will be done near 8 am. Stop by and cheer on your Stand Firm friends if you do not plan to do Murph but as I mentioned last week, anyone can participate through scaling.
