Hey Stand Firm CrossFit family, these two are expecting an addition any day….. Lets have a Diaper Drive!!!  So, over the next week or so, bring in some diapers or wipes or both so that we can get Carters brother? or Sister? off to a great start.

Dynamic Stretch
Run 200m or Row 250m. Snatch Warm-up

STRENGTH:
1 Squat Snatch EMOM for 1 min.
Build to your 75% ASAP

WOD: HYSTERIA

For Time:

10 Rounds
5 Pull-ups
10 DB Bench Press 35/25
15 Air Squats to Target
100m Run

ICING:
Work on mobility in the knee.
