It’s the weekend and we are suppose to have a stretch of good weather. Jump in the car and drive 1.5 miles + a couple hundred yards and mark the spot. That is your turn around for 5 Kilometers. See what you can do…..for many of us this will be the 1st long run of the season so you may end up walking at times. The goal is to simply cover the distance.
