Warm-up: Today’s workout involves a lot of jumping that happens very quickly and explosively. Please do some running then sprinting and then some jumping so that your lower leg and Achilles is nice and warm. Toss in some push-ups and some air squats to get ready for the Burpees and the Medball Cleans.
