Wow, as if it can’t get any worse.  Now we can’t even venture out.  Thanks goodness some of us got to workout together Tuesday.

Today we bring into play a backpack for the workout.  I’m sure that everyone can find some sort of backpack around the house.  Load it with some books or magazines for weight and try this workout.  If you are lucky enough to have a weighted vest use it. 

Get in a 10 min. warm-up with some squats, sit-ups, mountain climbers and dynamic stretching.
