A Blast from the Past

2 weeks down with who knows how many more to go.  Hang in there gang.  Stay connected with each other, keep working out as best you can,  join Michelle and John in doing their COVID-19 Burpee Challenge, watch the Facebook page for some good videos dealing with mobility.  We can still learn a lot and work on movements that are new and challenging.

Today we don’t have a scored workout. Instead it is a 20 EMOM workout that cycles through 4 movements 5 times. Be sure to watch the video on “Skater Hops”.  Scale them by shortening the stride.
