Teams of 2 For Time:
Go through a deck of cards completing the following movements for the various suits of cards.
Hearts – Strict Pull-ups for 5 or less, Pull-ups for 6 or more.
Spades – Med-Ball Cleans 20/14
Diamonds – DB OH Squat 35/20
Clubs – Med Ball Situps 14/10
Aces for every suit equals – 11 simultaneous Burpees
Face cards are all worth 10 Reps.
Joker = 50 Cal Bike
UGOIGO format, except on the simultaneous Burpees
