Tomorrow, New Years Day, we are only doing the “MARATHON ROW” starting at 2PM.  Join the fun.  You can do it as a single, in a pair, or as a team of 4. Doors open at 1:45 rowing to begin at 2.

Warm-up: Iron Scap, then 3 rounds of 10 KB Swings, 10 AH Swings, 10 Air Squats. Dynamic Stretch
