Warm Up:  Jog 400m. 2 Rounds of 10 slamball, 2 Slamball chuck, 6 Slamball lunge. Stretch, 

WOD:  Slamball Chuck  IV

For Time W/Partner:

Partners Complete 50 burpees as quickly as possible.

Then 4 Rounds of…

Partner A – Run 200m.

Partner B – Slamball Chuck across the Football Field.

then alternate. 40/30

Then 200yd., (2 lengths of the FB field), wheelbarrow.

Icing:  5 x 40 yd. sprints
