Today you have the option of 2 WODs. 1775 is a 60 Min WOD and 1776 has been time capped at 50 minutes which is just short of 3 min per round.
Arrive early and ready to warm up with a short bike or row. Warm up each lift and get started.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 60 minutes of:
• 17 power cleans, 135/95 lb
• 75 squats
• Unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away.
• Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell.
• Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.
