Next Monday, the January “RESET” AKA Clean Eating Challenge begins! Find a partner and get ready for 5-6 weeks of clean eating and weekly challenges. The goal of the clean eating challenge is to build in new habits that we can maintain all year long. There will be a Pre and Post test WOD that will demonstrate the effectiveness of your focus and commitment. We will earn points for tracking what we eat, workouts and more. The cheat code for this challenge simple: CONSISTENCY. You do not need to have the perfect diet or schedule or attendance but you do need to be consistent in order to compete in this challenge. This holds true to the balance of the year in attaining your goals!

This Saturday: We will hold 3 classes, open to the community, to come experience CrossFit at no charge. Bring your friend, family, or neighbor in to experience what you already know in the power of CrossFit.

Starting this Friday! Babes and Barbells. A women’s only lifting class will begin. More information to follow soon. Please see any Coach if you are interested in joining. There are some simple criteria to start and you can start any time.
