A new CrossFit competition will take place next week. The Community Cup is a 1 week on-line competition that begins next Monday June 9th. Anyone who submitted all 3 scores during the Open is eligible to sign up but we will also be programming some of these WODs during the week as well so everyone will have a chance to do them.
