3.3.2021 TRAINING DAY


Here is who is in so far. Where is your name?

The 2021 CrossFit OPEN is only a week away.  It will be comprised of 3 workouts over the course of 3 weeks.  All the workouts are scalable to the abilities of every person in the BOX.  Workouts are released on Thursday at 6 pm and you submit your score by Monday at 5 pm. 

We will do the workouts on Friday, with an emphisis on “Friday Night Lights”.  If Friday does not work for you…..you can come in Saturday morning during OPEN GYM, or we always open the gym on Sunday at 2 pm for those who need to do the workout. And there are always those who want to repeat the workout on Sunday.  Plus, there is always Monday morning to get the workout completed.  So, we provide all kinds of options. 

If you have questions please ask Cal, Tami, Matt, Nate or anyone listed above.  The point of the OPEN is to celebrate your fitness and to test your fitness.  You will be amazed at what you are capable of and those around you will be excited for you.  It is hard to explain just what happens during the OPEN.  It is really quite magical.  To a man/woman everyone who get into the OPEN is glad that they did.

Odd Minutes – 16 Walking DB OH Lunges
Even Minutes – 8 HSPU or S2OH w/Barbell

Use a challenging weight.
Adjust Reps to fit your capacity on these movements.
Leave yourself about 15 seconds of rest each min.
