“Friday Night Lights” What is that all about. It is about coming together to celebrate our community and to test our fitness. It is a chance to meet people in the Box you did not know even existed. It is a chance to have everyone get excited about your hard work and how far you have come. It is a chance to get out and have some fun with like minded people.
We will have a THEME for each of the 3 “Friday Night Lights”. That just adds to the fun. We want to invite every person at Stand Firm CrossFit to take part. It really is the best time of the CrossFit year!!!
This year promises to be one of the best CrossFit OPENs ever. With more divisions, more scaling options and more participants it is truly for everyone and every level of CrossFitter.
