800g. Challenge participants be sure to fill in the “Week 1 FEEDBACK Line” on your score-sheet. Hope all is going well with this challenge. Keep those carrot and celery sticks coming.
Warm-up: Three rounds
1.) Jumping jacks x 30 reps
2.) In and out squat jumps x 20 reps
3.) Half burpees x 10 reps
4.) Dynamic stretch (use broom handle etc.)
WOD: At Home WOD 4.6.20
4 Rounds for Time!
20 Push-ups
40 Air Squats
800m Run
Rest 3 Mins after each round
Total time will include the 3 minute rest in between rounds.
