4.3.2020 AT HOME WOD


We want to let everyone know that we are working hard to keep everyone engaged in the Box. We have checked out a lot of equipment to a lot of people and we are attempting to created workouts that offer enough flexibility so that you can use some of that equipment. We also know that there are many obstacles for each of you in doing workouts each day. As I watch the results that are being posted on SugarWOD each day I get a feel for who is doing what. Your feedback by posting results is important because you are letting us know who is doing what and what modifications you are making. So please, post results and describe what modifications you are making.  The creativity is fun to see for everyone. 

I also want to let everyone know that we appreciate your continuing to pay your membership. If you pay by check please do so by mail this month since we can’t get in the BOX. (Send your check to Stand Firm CrossFit 295 CR 42, Granby, 80446). 

Those who pay with a credit card the auto-pay will happen on your designated day. If you are not on auto-pay I will charge your card unless you ask me not to.   

If you are on a Punch Card and borrowed equipment I will charge you for 1 visit each week.   

For everyone, if you want me to suspend your account please let me know so that I can do so.    If you have borrowed equipment and want to suspend your membership we can make arrangements for you to return the equipment.
