The 2020 CrossFit OPEN is now in the books. We had 33 athletes participate. The effort put forth by all was tremendous, a lot of personal bests occurred and many broke through to a new comfort zone.
The Stand Firm CrossFit Cup competition was as close as it ever has been. The winning team will be announced tomorrow.
