CEC19.2 Info: Body Composition assessment will be done at the end of each class today.  You will weigh then get pinched.  Fully completed score sheets, (I won’t do your math!!!),  must to be returned on Tuesday.

For you the Diaper Drive may now be the Diaper DASH.  To score up to 50 points for your team, you have until 6 pm today to get those diapers in.

Warm-up: 1/2 Tabata Bike, KB Swing, Air Squat, (Stay in the same position for 4 rounds before rotating.) Dynamic Stretch.

Strength: Bear Complex
2 Reps EMOM for 8 min.
Build your weight so that you are ready for the Squats in the WOD.
