The last week!!!!
Results are definitely showing up. It will be exciting to see just how well everyone did. It is important that you continue to reinforce the good habits that you have created over the past month. These are habits that, if you stick with them, will help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle far beyond this short 6 week period.
Here is a review of what we have left to accomplish as part of CEC19.1

Feb. 25 Post CEC Body Composition Assessment
Feb. 27 CEC19.1 Post-Workout and Week 6 Score sheet due.
Mar. 22 CEC19.1 Party and Awards Held in conjunction with the last CrossFit OPEN workout.
There are no special instructions for this, the final, week. You may want to go back and look over the general guidelines and rules for the challenge, if you have any questions about how it will be scored in the end. There is a set posted on the whiteboard at the box.
