Lift some weights,
Do a WOD,
Work on a skill or two,
improve your mobility.

Open Gym is a great time for you to work on a goal you have set for yourself.  Coaches are here to help you, please make sure you ask them to coach you.

FYI 2019 CrossFit OPEN 

We will run a slightly modified schedule for the next 5 weeks, during the CrossFit OPEN. Here are the changes to our normal routine.

 

  • Thursday at 6 pm the OPEN Workout for that weekend will be released.  Immediately afterwards we will set up the gym for the workout and a few people may even take it on that night.  You are welcome to!!!
  • Friday morning normal classes will be held, the workout being the OPEN workout.
  • Friday the gym will open at 4:30 pm as normal, for “FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS”.  When you come in sign-up for the heat that you want to participate in.  Beginning at 5:00 we will kick-off the 1st heat of workouts.  Then about every 30 minutes a new heat will begin.  Workouts will continue until everyone is finished.
  • Saturday morning is our normal OPEN GYM from 8 to 9:30 am.  If need be you can complete the OPEN workout at that time.
  • Sunday afternoons at 2 pm we will open the box to anyone that wants to repeat that weekends OPEN workout.  We are usually there for about 2 hours.
  • Monday is available to do the OPEN workout if foe some reason you were not able to do it previously.  Otherwise Monday is a normal day.
  • Tuesday and Wednesday are business as usual.
  • Thursday is a normal day except that we will program a little differently since most OPEN participants will treat Thursday as a “rest day”.
