 Here’s a look at who is in. We are gaining slowly but surely.  Last year we had 32 participants, lets try and push past that mark. Encourage each other to take part.  A key ingredient to all our success is that we support each other as we take on new challenges. Something magical happens when your name appears on the leaderboard. I can’t explain it but it just does. Some might say, “It gets your juices flowing”.
A few people have expressed concern that the workouts are to difficult or that they won’t do well, so what is the point. Truth is the workouts are no different than what we do everyday in here, and you are really only competing against yourself.
Some have expressed concern that they will miss a workout because of travel.  Life happens, don’t let the fact that you will be missing 1 weekend take you out of the fun that happens the other 4 weekends.  
Please get signed up for the OPEN by the end of the week so that we can get the teams organized for the STAND FIRM CrossFit CUP. This year promises to be a lot of fun for everyone. The fun starts on the 21st when 19.1 will be released.  And then on the 22nd we will dive into it.
