Week 2 Score Sheets are due by the end of the day Tuesday. If your score sheet is late it will incur a penalty of 5 pts. Week 3 Score Sheets will be in the box Monday morning so be sure to pick one up.
A weekly results sheet, showing current team scores, is posted on the front room at the box. If there is a yellow space on the same line as your name, you have not provided something. Please look to make sure that you are complete in your requirements.
Week 3 Bonus Points: To earn your bonus points this week you need to click HERE, read the article and fill in the information requested on the back of the Week 3 Score Sheet. Please write legibly and be very specific in your answers.
Week 2 Bonus Point reminder: Goals are important to all aspects of life. If you set goals you have a target if you don’t you live life rather aimlessly. People who are focused will always go further and be more successful than those who are not because they are motivated to meet goals that they have set for themselves. You have until the end of this week to fulfill the requirement to write your goals on the “DOOR”.
Week 5 Bonus Point “Heads Up”: Week 5 bonus points will be earned by doing a partner WOD with your CEC19.1 Teammate. That WOD is scheduled for Wednesday 2/13. Make plans now to get with your teammate during one of the classes that day. If you cannot schedule it for the 13th, the following Saturday, (16th), will be the alternative.
