Warm-up: Coaches Choice

Strength: Back Squat (OTR)
5/40      4/50      (3/60)3     2/70
Follow each set of Squat with some Power Snatch Warm-up work on the floor.

WOD: SNATCHES AND SPRINTS

For Time:
7 Rounds
5 power snatches 135/95
1 200m Sprint

Look at the clock when you start the sprint. If the sprint takes longer than 45 seconds, redo it before moving back to the snatch.

Icing: Handstand Push-up skill work.  20 HSPU
