WOD: PARDON ME….I NEED TO SQUAT
For Time:
10 Air Squat
40 AB Mat Sit-ups
40 Slamball 30/20
40 KB Step-ups 35/25 (R+L=2)
The clock will sound every minute, at which time you must do 10 Air Squats before continuing.
Icing: Mobility of your choice.
