Warm-up: 3 Min Jog the Box then 3 Round KB Swing, Goblet Squat, AH Swings. Dynamic Stretch

Strength: Set up your bar for the WOD.
Be strategic when you put weights on the bar. Warm up the movements.

WOD: 343 TRIBUTE TO NYFD FOR 9/11

While tomorrow is the anniversary of 9/11 and we will be honoring all who were impacted by this tragedy, represented by the 343 New York Firefighters who gave their lives to save others in the terrorist attacks on 9/11 on Saturday so we can all wod together.
The 343 Tribute WOD consists of:
100 Deadlifts 145/115
100 Power Cleans 95/65
100 Ground to Overhead 65/35
43 Burpees

Icing: Foam Roll and Mobility.
