Tomorrow, Friday, we will do the second CrossFit Open Workout, 15.2.
Morning classes at 6 am and 7 am will run as normal. In the afternoon the Box will open at 4:30 pm with the 1st heat of participants starting at 5:00. We will run heats through the evening till we are done. If you can’t get to the gym until after 6 pm you can still participate. Bring some energy to cheer each other on.
