Today is the last day of the Stand Firm 30 Challenge. I know a lot of you are thinking about trashing your nutritional intake as soon as midnight strikes. Have we not learned anything!!! Besides, you have the post challenge WOD tomorrow, and body wt/fat analysis.
Team captains need to collect their teams score sheets and verify all scores.   All score sheets need to be submitted by team captains to Cal, Laura or Gretta by Thursday the 5th.
