Strength: OHS 4-4-4-4-4

WOD:  American Graffiti

Row 500m.

10 rounds of

5 Pull ups and 5 HR Pushups

Rest 2 min

10 rounds of

5 Burpee and 5 Box Jumps 24/20

Row 500m. 

 Icing: 100 V-Sits
