Warm Up:  Tire Warm Up > 3 Rounds 15 Situps, 10 Push ups, 15 Step Ups.  Stretch

WOD:  CrossFit Total

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

Do in order, no time limit.

Your score is your total weight lifted during the three 1 RM’s.

Icing: Work on skills,  ie. DU, Pullups, Muscle Ups etc.
