Today we will be riding bikes as part of the WU and The WOD. If you don’t have a bike we will come up with something for you to do. Remember that a big part of CrossFit is taking part in as many different sports as possible.
WU: Ride the Bike Route we will use in the WOD today. Stretch
Strength: Complete 2 rounds of Bergner Warm-up. Determine weight you will use for the Power Clean in the WOD.
WOD: Town Hall
3 RFT:
10 Power Clean (135/95)
Bike to the North Side of the Town Hall
15 Burpees
Bike back to SFXF
Icing: Shoulder Mobility. Work at it for 5 Min.
