Rest Day

Starting tomorrow we will be adding a 4:00 pm class to our schedule.

Bring your bike on Wednesday.  We are looking to include a bike component in the WOD on Wednesday.   For the 6:00 am group you will need to have some gloves since it is chilly that early in the am.

Anyone who says this is easy, isn't pushing hard enough.
