2.9.26 THE SNARE


The CrossFit Open is a 3 week worldwide competition that begins at the end of February.  We will be doing the workouts each Friday with our Friday afternoon classes dedicated to “Friday Night Lights”.    Each year this includes the in house competition known as the “Stand Firm Cup”.   More information will follow but to participate in the Open and the Stand Firm Cup you need to sign up for the Open here CrossFit Games | Register for the 2026 CrossFit Open | CrossFit Games.  Levels include Foundations, Scaled and Rx so everyone can join in!
