WARM UP
Arrive a little early for the class if you can and begin to warm up. This is a 60 Minute AMRAP. We will likely start each AMPRAP a few minutes into the hour and run a little over time. We can scale and modify this WOD as needed so do not feel like you need to commit to a full 60 min WOD.
WARM UP
Get a couple of minutes on the bike or rower. Stretch and complete some warm up reps with the barbell.
WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 60 minutes of:
• 17 power cleans, 135/95 lb
• 75 squats
• Unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away.
• Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell.
• Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.
ICING
Have a safe 4th of July!
