Chloe just finished 25.1
The WOD today will be 25.1. If you are signed up for the open you can complete the WOD during any class. You will just need someone to judge you. If you are not signed up this will still be today’s WOD for everyone. Doors will open at 4 pm for Friday Night Lights and there is a sign up on the whiteboard in the front room. Sign up for a heat and be ready at that time warmed up and ready to go. You will need to bring your scorecard to your judge. You will need to know the standards and your weights. If you have questions you can ask any coach. Don’t forget the theme is Red, White and Blue.
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15
minutes of:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the
burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
