Medball Cleans > Knees to elbows or 90 >  KB Goblet Squats > Push-ups
Bear Crawl between Corners
Dynamic Stretch

STRENGTH:
Jumping Back Squat
5 Reps on the 90 sec. for 6 Rounds
Use weight that allows you to maintain at least a 2″ jump.
