WOD: WALK THE PLANK MATE II

For time with a partner:
100 Slamball 40/30
100 Plate OH Step-ups 35# to 20″ / 25# to 16″
100 Med-ball Cleans 20/14
100 Box Jumps 24/20

One partner holds a plank while other partner performs as many reps as possible.
Partner must be in PLANK position for reps to count!!!

ICING:
1 Bar MU and 1 Ring MU EMOM for 10 min.
KOT – VMO Squat – 20 Reps
