5-4-3-2-1 Thruster 135/95
10-8-6-4-2 Pullups
Alternate between the Thrusters and the Pull-ups.

This is the last weekend of the 21 day CLEAN EATING CHALLENGE. We hope that you are noticing results. Do you feel better? Is there any change in your appearance?
