10 S2OH w/barbell, 10 Back Squat w/barbell, 10 Good Mornings
Dynamic Stretch

STRENGTH:
Tall Split Jerk

Perform the first 3 sets holding the bar just below the chin.
Perform the final 3 sets holding the bar at the forehead.
Watch the entire video to see the starting position variations.
Work hard to drop under the bar into a wide split, without jumping.
