Build weight over the course of your 4 sets per arm

WOD: SLURPEE

50ft DB OH Walkiing Lunge 50/35 (=10 reps)
10 Burpee over DB

Alternate arm holding DB after 25 ft.

Icing:
Double Under Practice
Airplane to 30 and back
KOT – Reverse Step-ups 20 reps each leg.
