CEC23.1 Participants, this week you need to complete your MFP Profile and Goals if you have not already. This will establish for you a Daily Calorie Target. One of the key elements in your Profile/Goals is how you describe your ACTIVITY LEVEL. This has a huge bearing on the amount of calories that you are allowed to have on a daily basis. Unless you have a very physically demanding job away from the gym or you have an incredible metabolism, I would stay away from VERY ACTIVE. If you are trying to gain weight or maintain weight VERY ACTIVE might be a good option.
Your second task for this week is to take photos of yourself from the front, side and rear. Women should wear shorts and a sports bra. Men should be in shorts with no shirt. Only you will see these photos. We suggest that you take them every Monday for the next 7 weeks. This will show your progress when the scale does not. We think you will be amazed at the end of CEC23.1.
