When you load the “My Fitness Pal” app you will be asked if you want to try the FREE TRIAL.  This is not the free side of the app it is the premium side of the app and you will have to pay 30 days after starting to use it.  Just dismiss the FREE TRIAL and move into the app.  You will not have to pay.

CEC23.1 Schedule for next week is as follows

Monday – The gym is closed but you can practice using the My Fitness Pal app. Get good at using the DIARY to log your meals.

Tuesday – Practice using the app.  Tami will be available at the end of each class all week to answer questions.

Wednesday – Practice using the app. We will have the 1st of 3 weigh-ins this week. We will also start doing measurements today.

Thursday – Practice using the app. 2nd Weigh-in. Measure those who have not been measured.

Friday – Practice using the app. 3rd Weigh-in. Finish meaureing anyone who needs it.

Entry Fee, $20, should be paid at the 1st Weigh-in on Wednesday.
