STAND FIRM CROSSFIT is closed today so that we can set-up for the HWY 40 THROWDOWN.
There is a meeting at 5:30pm for everyone who intends to help out at the Throwdown tomorrow. We will spend 45 minutes reviewing judging standards and the flow of the day on Saturday. Please make every effort to attend.
