3.14.2022 AT THE CORE

ADDISON puts the finishing touches on 22.3 and the 2022 CrossFit OPEN.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 2022 CrossFit OPEN, the worlds largest athletic competition. It was the first time for many of you and you did awesome. We saw several people do movements for their 1st time and we saw everyone put all they had into the 3 workouts. The CrossFit OPEN is a challege to both the body and the mind.  It really does bring out the best in you because it takes you to a place that you have never been before.  One of the coolest elements of CrossFit is that it works best by presenting challenges that make you very uncomfortable.  You will not change unless you are challenged and you if you really want to see change, you must take the challenge. Congratulation again, and Tami and I want to thank everyone who participated and who helped make the past three weeks so fun and exciting.
