Congratulations to all the athletes that competed at the HWY 40 Throwdown yesturday. It was a lot of fun and everyone did such a great job. CrossFit Steamboat did a tremendous job putting on a very well run and well programed event. Thank you Ronni and Dana for your hard work.
We will announce the placings in the various divisions throughout the week. As a gym we defended the “GOLDEN KETTLEBELL”. It was a total team effort from the Novice division clear through the RX. Thank you everyone for all the effort that you put forth.
