Today’s workout requires some teamwork.
Reps only count if partners perform the movements in a syncronized fashion.

Each partner will need to have a DB, Wallball and Plate.

For Time w/Partner:

5 Rounds
10 DB Snatch 50/35
(Athletes must be in sync at the top of the rep)
15 Wallball 20/14
(Athletes must be in sync at the bottom of the rep)
20 OH Lunges w/plate 45/25
(Athletes must be in sync by touching the knee at the same time during the lunge.)

Icing:
20 Ring Push-ups
KOT – VMO Squat 15 Reps
