With a barbell.   Increase the load each round of warm-up,

5 Thrusters
6 Push Press
7 OHS
If you drop the bar during a round you have 10 bar facing burpees BEFORE you continue.

Skills and Practice:
Spend remaining time working on a GOAT or two.

Icing:
KOT – Tib Raise 20 Reps
KOT – Straight Leg Calf Raise 20 Reps
