1600m Walk Backwards
Today is a unique workout. We will go to the high school track after the Strength portion of the class. Once there we will walk 4 laps backwards. If it gets too difficult, stop at that point and make note of it. This workout is “NOT” for time, so do not run or walk abnormally fast.
We will not score the workout but rather write some notes as to how it felt and if you had any difficulty.
