Warm-up:
Set up for the workout and get going as soon as the class begins. You can use the first couple rounds to get warmed up. You do not want to come out with your guns blazing……55 minutes is a long time.

55 min. AMRAP

10 Calorie Row
10 Burpee Over Rower (2 foot jump for RX)

You can do this workout in a couple different ways.
1. As prescribed above.
2. With a partner as prescribed above, in a UGOIGO format.
  Trade off each round.

3. 55 min. AMRAP of 15 Deadlift 75/55, 10 Lateral Bar Burpees.
(If we are short of rowers)

50 Sit-ups and Rest.
