Here are some of the questions that presented themselves during Week 4.
Q – HOW MUCH LONGER…..Is this clean eating business going to last?
A – Our hope is that you will eat clean for the most part, for the rest of your days. The CEC 21.1 is at the half way point. This is when you should really start to notice changes in your physical performance and even your physical appearance. If you are really keeping it clean you should have more energy, a reduced appetite, and a reduced desire to eat many of the crummy foods that you used to depend on. Now is your chance to solidify what you have worked hard to establish…GOOD EATING HABITS. Hang in there for the next 28 days you will be glad that you did.
Q – I’m not happy with the weight that I’ve lost so far. How can I lose more?
A – Our focus is on a change in body composition more that weight loss. If you are eating clean and working out chances are that you are effecting significant change in body composition. This does not happen quickly, however. Be patient give it time. This is not a fad diet or a crash diet designed to drop pounds overnight. This is a change in lifestyle that works, but changing your lifestyle will take time. For some, you may even gain weight as you increase muscle and decrease fat stores.
