CEC 21.1 Participants, here are some of the questions that presented themselves during Week 3.
Q – When I went to pick up a new scoresheet, they were all gone. What should I do?
A – We print out the number of scoresheets equal to the number of CEC 21.1 participants. If we run out before you get one please let Cal know so he can print you one or e-mail one to you. Please only take one scoresheet so that everyone can get one.
Q – The master scoresheet shows me with a yellow square, what does that mean?
A – If there is a yellow square in line with your name you are missing something. In most cases it is your entry fee or a scoresheet.
Q – If I eat three cookies as an afternoon snack do I take a 5 point penalty or a 15 point penalty?
A – That would be a 15-point penalty.
Q – I need some ideas for “AT HOME” Workouts.
A – If you search ”at home CrossFit workouts”, you will find lots of ideas.
Q – Why am I experiencing cramps in my muscles even though I’m drinking lots of water through the course of the day?
A – This condition is known a Hyponatremia. Basically, if you drink too much water you are diluting your sodium stores which can result in cramping. You should not drink excessive amounts of water. Click Here for more info.
